June Lopez enjoys focusing on how cultural and musical influences shape sound. He is deeply invested in textures and rhythms of Latin-Jazz-Afro-Roots and in preserving the art of sonic design in live improvised performances - most memorably for the WXPN/STAR'S END Member Concert of 25 April 2026.

Ahead of his 14 November 2026 appearance at The Gatherings Concert Series, June Lopez makes his Star's End debut on the 1 November 2026 broadcast. Please tune in, or stream live over Youtube.
